Hello, my name is Linda and I am a violin playing novice!
I played a viola very briefly at school and when my fiance bought himself a guitar I began to think about my old viola lessons and whether I should take it up again.
This Christmas my fiance surprised me with a brand new, adult sized, violin.
From now on I will be trying to find out as much as possible about the violin; how to play, what equipment to buy, which music to play and what is going on out in the big wild world with regards to both amateur and professional violin players.
